Suit: Police chasing white suspect wrongly arrest Black man

every case of riots has been of some criminal getting caught and resisting.

Elijah McClain had no record. He was no criminal. He simply wanted left alone to continue walking home.

Breonna Taylor knew someone that was a criminal but that is not out of the ordinary. Most people do.

Yes, Eric Garner was committing the heinous crime of selling loose cigarette's.

it isnt that close and since 37 percent pf all violent crime is committed by blacks then more blacks will have interactions with the cops.

A man passes off a fake $20 to a local store and we consider that a violent crime.

Another man fraudulently rips people off of a million dollars and we consider that a white collar crime. By the arguments, many consider that no crime at all and I suppose it generally isn't considered one, it's considered a civil matter in many cases.

A man sells some weed to undercover cops and off to jail he goes. A corporation lies and pays people off and in the process gets countless people addicted and they just have to pay a "settlement".

Where was the most harm done?

So your complaint is that police stopped and detained some black guy briefly while also searching for a white thief until they determined they were not interested in him and let him go?

Are you alleging that police can't tell a black person from a white person?

Maybe you should get more details on what the police detained the black guy about.
It might have something to do with the fact that everyone was bundled up because it had been snowing. From behind it would be impossible to know the mans race.
