Which according to witnesses, is essentially exactly what happened.
The man was literally tortured to death.

I believe it is obvious this will be the last nitrogen induced death, and is likely going to create legislation to prevent draconian experimentation like this from occurring again.
It is simply embarrassing that this was allowed to happen in 2024 America.

He should be on death row. He's an animal. He was tried and convicted, and he's guilty. There is no "probably innocent". That's your fantasy.

He was tried and convicted on emotion, not actual evidence.

I agree. Fetal Homicide laws are bullshit.

They often result in people being convicted not so much on evidence but emotion.

If you assault a woman to the point she miscarries, then you committed Assault, not murder.

Not if we limit appeals, etc, to two years from the sentencing date.

The courts are so backed up as it is that a 2 year limit wouldn't allow for one appeal
