The police are being sued for negligence, for starters. They are on video failing to enforce the curfew against the armed gangsters while a police PA system warning people to get off the street as there was a curfew can be heard in the background, and a very short while later, two people were dead and a third seriously wounded. After Rittenhouse killed his first victim, people yelled down the street that he had just killed someone, which the man with the skateboard who was killed and the man who was injured while pulling out his gun heard and tried to stop him. Somewhere I've heard that people need to carry guns to defend themselves and others if such a dangerous situation arises as a killer brazenly walking toward them with a gun in his hand. Rittenhouse, the killer, came from out of town and was not allowed to carry firearms legally.
Due to the curfew, every civilian out on the street was doing something wrong at the time.
The facts give rise to questions as to whether any cops were somehow affiliated with the armed gang.
All of this was videotaped.
