The store sold several guns to him I saw, all he had to do was say that he didn't have mental illness.. The top of the government is the FBI who takes responsibility..
The congress and Trump who rolled back Obama's law that had all mental illness showing up on the internet and this kid probably would have popped up with his many problems.
