Yeah yeah yeah. And yet, signing an NDA is fairly common practice and enforced by courts. You guys will keep jerking off to this latest concocted "controversy" for a month, and then move on to the next rabbit hole, after Stormy and her thug attorney get slapped with a 20 million dollar NDA violation. I wonder what it will be next? Will it involve Democrats marching in the streets having their usual hissyfits over things not going their way?
It's not the NDA itself that is the problem, it's the timing of the NDA, and the benefit that Trump would receive from having the story kept secret during the campaign. And, there is also the question of his lawyer paying for the 130,000 himself. If Trump pays him for it, then that part of it goes away, but he still hasn't paid his lawyer yet.
Yawn. The timing occured because Trump became the GOP nominee, which makes him a target for anybody who ran into him in his past to come out with bullshit allegations, like this greedy whore just did. The fact that the agreement and the money came from the attorney means Trump didn't violate campaign finance. Much ado about nothing.
Why didn't he have her sign it when he got the nomination rather than wait until 2 weeks before the election? And, the fact that his lawyer did it to help Trump with his campaign makes it an illegal campaign contribution from the lawyer.
Thanks, when you attain your law degree and have argued before the courts, get back to us. K?
OBTW, would you want as a key witness, someone who admits to sleeping with men that she doesn't find attractive, because they buy her dinner? One that, when her child gets threatened, doesn't even file a Police report? Or perhaps, a Porn star that doesn't insist that radom guys wear condoms?
Got for it Matlock
I don't need to get a law degree. There are several lawyers who have already been interviewed, on both sides of the aisle, who have said that this violates campaign laws and is an illegal contribution.
And no, Ms. Daniels didn't sleep with him for just dinner. In her interview, she said that Trump started talking to her about being on the Apprentice. And, even though she knew the network wouldn't want someone like her on the show, she wanted to see if he was serious or not, so she listened to his pitch, and slept with him. There are lots of women out there not in the porno industry who are willing to sleep their way to better jobs, why not her?
And, in the interview, she said that Trump had her come visit him a second time to talk about the Apprentice. She showed up, he had her watch some television with him (Shark Week incidentally), and when the show was over, he started to talk about how great their last time was and hinted another go would be nice. She then asked about the Apprentice, he said they were still working it out, and she said she'd been there too long so she had to leave, but thanks for working on it and to get back to her when they said yes.
She then said she got a call a week later from Trump saying the network called it off.
Sounds to me like Trump was using his show to get laid.
But then again, why not? Trump Jr. slept with a contestant on the show and that is why his wife is divorcing him.
