Store owner murders innocent black kid

Shoplifting isn't a crime that allows the use of deadly force. Plus shooting a fleeing criminal in the back is generally illegal even if the criminal is a fleeing felon which this kid wasn't. Shoplifting is a misdemeanor.

The kid was armed. Sucks to be such a major Darwin Award winner, but that's life for habitual criminals and thug wannabees. And of course only fools wait for the vermin to get the first shot, or assume they're unarmed these days, especially black yoofs.

I fully support the people's rights to be armed but as more and more do we are going to see more issues such as this.

It's not going to end well for those who support the 2nd.

Actually, no....we aren't.........

We see this because the democrat party judges, prosecutors and politicians have a "support the criminal" attitude, and create policies that make victims helpless in the face of ever more violent criminals.......the revolving door on the court house for violent offenders released by democrats is creating this problem......

We have had increasing gun ownership, and decreasing gun crime and murder....the difference now is the democrats are doing 3 specific things...

1) they have attacked the police to the point they can't, or won't do their job

2) they are releasing the most violent and dangerous criminals over and over again no matter how many gun felonies they have.

3) they have dissolved our southern border which has increased drug cartel and other crimnial activity entering the U.S....

Normal people with guns don't have to use those guns if the police are doing their jobs.......the police can't, the democrats refuse to keep violent criminals locked up, and the democrats are importing more and more criminals from Mexico....

In the past as more Americans have owned and carried guns....?

Over 27 years, from 1993 to the year 2015, we went from 200 million guns in private hands in the 1990s and 4.7 million people carrying guns for self defense in 1997...to close to 400-600 million guns in private hands and over 19.4 million people carrying guns for self defense in 2019 (in 2020 that number is 21.52 million)...guess what happened...

Gun Homicide Rate Down 49% Since 1993 Peak; Public Unaware

Compared with 1993, the peak of U.S. gun homicides, the firearm homicide rate was 49% lower in 2010, and there were fewer deaths, even though the nation’s population grew. The victimization rate for other violent crimes with a firearm—assaults, robberies and sex crimes—was 75% lower in 2011 than in 1993. Violent non-fatal crime victimization overall (with or without a firearm) also is down markedly (72%) over two decades.
======

The gun murder and gun suicide rates in the U.S. both remain below their peak levels. There were 6.2 gun murders per 100,000 people in 2020, below the rate of 7.2 recorded in 1974.

What the data says about gun deaths in the U.S.

this changed in 2015....when the democrats went all in on increasing violent crime in this country....

What part of "shall not be infringed" don't you get?
The part where the Supreme Court has consistently ruled that the age of majority is where the full extent of our rights are applicable. How stupid are you? That's rhetorical, there are bandwidth limits and all.

She is convinced that she is being clever.
