Fiscal status certainly plays a roll in social responsibility. After all, if the family wasn't capable of providing for 16 in the best of times and needed government assistance, plenty of people would have a problem with it. So I'd say that fiscal status certainly has something to do with social responsibility; there are plenty of welfare moms "popping kids out" as it was previously stated, and that's even more socially irresponsible.

Maybe we should rename the social programs to the programs for the socially irresponsible.

I'm sure that'd fly like a lead balloon with the Democrats. But I don't really understand why. For them, it is our social responsibility to take care of the socially irresponsible.

me too. if i had the money, it would go to adding onto the house, to adopt kids. there is no way i would go through 16 births...this second pregnancy is already trying to kick my ass-and i am not even past 1st tri.
