Not about whether or not that type of evidence is admissible in court. And the SCOTUS ruled a search warrant is not needed. As far as Carpenter's conviction, it was accomplished with cell phone data along with other evidence. It wasn't based solely upon cell phone pings.

These hearings are making a case of just how astounding the attempt to steal the election from Joe Biden by Trump actually was.
