The Office of the Inspector General of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has accused the agency of lacking proper control over the use of Starlink satellite communication systems in Ukraine. The corresponding report was published on Monday, August 11. It was reported by Bloomberg and Reuters on Thursday, August 14.

Not even three years into the war, the americans realized that they were not giving Starlink to Ukraine for the war in the first place.... And in general, it's not our fault - it's all the damned USAID....
