I'm not sure of what cottage cheese has to do with anything, but the introduction of limited markets was started by Lenin.

Stalin approached collectivism in a more pragmatic way than the initial disaster under Lenin, yet for his pragmatism, it was Stalin who imposed collective agriculture on the Kulaks, slaughtering 3 million who refused to comply. It was Stalin who outlawed labor unions and collectivized machine tool operations - resulting in the USA having to supply all of the machines to the USSR during WWII. It was Stalin who created Naukograd to collectivize all research and technological development.

You simply have no idea what you are talking about, and are attempting to fabricate history to promote your political objectives.
