Antisemitism is a mind virus, and Muslims are the primary vector for spreading it. As more and more Muslims are moving into non-Islamic countries, the greater the contact with the antisemitism they bring. There are simply not enough Jewish voices to counter the hatred and since most people are too stupid to understand the inherently fallacious nature of the appeal to popularity, more and more are becoming antisemitic.

You want to do something about antisemitism? Sure, just invent a time machine, go back 3000 years and convince Jews to start proselytizing. That way, their numbers today would be too great to be drowned out.

Short of that, about the only thing that can be done is to educate people and stop beating around the bush as to why it is spreading.
