That is roughly an accurate statement. One example, Libya was the most prosperous country on the Continent of Africa and provided a lot of relief to Africa.

One thing stood out during much of the initial killings and chaos, The Syrian Officials captured EU & US assassins, and did nothing but send them home, when those assassins and agent provocateurs should have been executed to death.

When the USA & EU backed terrorists were dismantling Syrian industry and transporting it to Turkey no one said anything.

Later on, it was revealed that President Assad had Israeli spies around Him to prevent any effective overcoming of the terrorists.
A bit later, President Trump bragged about stealing Syrian oil, which caused a lot of serious problems in Syria. He also bragged about a very delicious chocolate cake while He was bombing Syrians as punishment for His lies.
