Just that foreign aid is purposeful, not usually Willy nilly and most always comes from the President' s State Dept with some sort of long term strategy, that is suppose to be in our best interest, as a Nation.... Foreign aid has never fixed any country we've sent it to. It ends up in the hands of tyrants and despots and rarely ever helps the people. Furthermore, we can't afford it seeing as how we are $27 trillion in debt. I also missed the foreign aid clause in the Constitution.
