I think most know that the head stomping was out of line and will probably be dealt with in a Civil court. I have no idea if he will be brought up on criminal charges...if he was I would be good with it.
But the "victim" wasn't so innocent herself and she could have legal issues also. She shoved the poster she was carrying into Paul's face through an open window. I really can't feel too sorry for her.

Words like "but," phrases such as "I really can't feel too sorry for her," putting the word "victim," into quotes and suggesting or just plain outright lying about the victim and saying she shoved or was about to shove some sign in the politician's face with no PROOF of it are things that not only SUGGEST, but are ACTUALLY DEFENSE of the reprehensible act. In essence you really SUPPORT the violence that was committed against the poor lady.

You see that buffer zone around the SUV (not a limo)...once she violates that security buffer, she is instantly perceived as a threat.

Look at the slow motion of Rand Paul in the passenger seat...he jerks away...clearly threaten by her actions.

We can all Monday morning quarterback the instant replay, but any reasonable person could have been expected to react by restraining that woman, regardless of whether the threat was real or perceived.

Everything that transpired with Profitt after she was on the ground was an uncalled for assault, but the events that led up to that point were entirely reasonable.

Edit - that last sentence is not well worded...The REACTIONS were entirely reasonable.
