Stomping Rand Paul Supporter Wants Victim To Apologize To Him

Tim Profitt -- the former Rand Paul volunteer who stomped on the head of a MoveOn activist -- told told local CBS station WKYT that he wants an apology from the woman he stomped and that she started the whole thing.

"I don't think it's that big of a deal," Profitt said. "I would like for her to apologize to me to be honest with you."

He then blamed the forceful downward motion of his foot on the head of Valle as a function of chronic back pain, a claim he has made before:

There may be more to it, but at it's most simple form, putting your foot on the head/neck of someone is an assault and this ****** should be charged with it.

Yea my whole opinion about this incident is blown. She deserved to be stomped by one guy while held down by another. After all, she did hold a sign up to the window as the video indicates!

(No indication to me that she was trying to shove it in the car, but even if she was, still don't see the justification)

No one is condoning the head stomp. She didn't just try and hold the sign to the window...it was clear she was trying to shove it in and looked like she got part of it in. So again I'm not seeing honesty from the left here.

Then I got a question for ya. I'm from Jersey. In Jersey, when you contact someone's head with your foot, it's assault with a deadly weapon. Felony. And that's during a fight, even if it was a mutual fight with all willing participants; let alone doing it to someone who A.) Did not attack you and B.) Was being held fast to the ground by another person.

What of this clown? If you think the showing of the sign constituted some sort of assault, do you think that should be considered in the prosecution of this man? Do you think this man should be convicted of a felony? Should he do jail time?
