Stock Markets on Election Day, Nov 5, 2024

Dear Lord.
Of course it is, that doesn't change the data.
Did you bump your head again?
How can it be down today if it never opened? What are you basing your starting point on. Those numbers are what they were at the close of business 2025. SMH.

LOOLLLOOL
Of course.
I just posted it today.
Anything wrong with that?
Your attempt to belittle is failed, but noted.

Get a life old man.

You dated it Jan. 1, 2026 and indicated it was down. That is false. It was down at the end of the year. It did not start a NEW day down. SMH. You belittle yourself. At the risk of being too personal, I bid you good New Years Day.

36.368 Trillion to 38.553 Trillion

Math says that is an increase in the National Debt of 2.185 Trillion in less than One Year.

Wow.
Biden policies through the end of 2025. Big Beautiful Bill kicks in today. Remember. you can't gripe about the ending of 0bamacare subsidies, yet still complain about government spending.

So, to clarify:

The 2+ Trillion added to the debt....... that's on biden?

The Gains in the Markets.........that's because of trump? Or still biden?

Are you expecting the market to keep going straight up?
Don't use Luckyone for guidance, he knows not what he talks about.
What?
Straight up?
Are you predicting a decline, it is trump's market now, no more blaming biden from today forward?

How about we get a steady 10-12 % gain every year.

The ebb and flow of a market.
Too many intangibles dictates markets and their corrections.
Even though I don't like a recession, I do know they are good
for the market.
10%-12% seems fair, but we know that it has to be an average, right?
Sometimes it's less and sometimes it's more.

You got it. See, the Federal budget runs from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. Our economy was then established by Biden.

The market you talk about is not the economy. When you buy GE stock, you have not used lettuce, cars, clothes, rent, mortgages or jobs, you simply gained more ownership. Does this help you Winco?

Yeah, Winnie seems to think that the averages of those 630 stocks are the economy. LMAO, he doesn't take into account the broader economy.

Massive 0bamacare subsidies, SNAP for junk food, severance pay for thousands of new employees hired in 2024- all on Biden.
Gains from bringing trillions in new investments as well as putting the US at the forefront of AI: -- all because of Trump.

The BBB will erase all that spending, but as you know, Democrats tried to undo it by shutting down the government.

Here is another post for you to hijack. Ya dumbfuck Concerned American.

The market on Jan 2 is closed for the day.
The market data will say the same thing tomorrow and Sunday, even thought the market isn't open on Saturday or Sunday.
Here is the data. BELOW.
Does it imply that the markets changed if it posted on Sat or Sun. NOPE.
Of course not.
So, you have some more fun trying to convince yourself that you are somehow superior.

Do you own securities in all of those you name? If you are not pleased, why own any of them?

WTF are you babbling about?

I'm very pleased with the market(s) performance since I started investing in 1985.
Regardless of who was POTUS, well except Bush.
Yeah, Bush fucked up.

You seem delighted to post temporary downs in the market. Bush by the way had no impact on stocks with defense industries making gains as the exception. What you told me is essentially the stock market is fine for you.

Here I am, once again, just posting the FACTS about the market.
What is Robert W opinion of my post today?

CandyAss can **** off.
