Dwight Yoakum ruined his career by doing "Slingblade".
I remember when everyone thought Dwight Yoakum was considered a sex-symbol.....but that went *phfffffffft* when he played Doyle Hargraves, a drunk red-neck antagonist in the Billy Bob Thorton movie. He played it so well that people associate him with that character to this day.
