At some point, we will have to nullify a percentage of judges as the survival of the nation is going to be imperiled. There is nothing worse than heading into uncharted territory in political legislation and agenda that are affected by radical extremist judges. So, California some years ago had a Proposition that passed not to legitimize gay marriage. A Prog judge nullified the peoples vote. If the Proposition of redistricting passes in California, then I would expect a Conservative judge to nullify it due to a precedent.
