One of the reasons X is losing users right now is because the former Twitter had become a liberal magnet. It was a progressive echo chamber that provided a safe space for constant reaffirmation of left-wing mantra. Now that it's a place for open exchange of ideas and the Libby's have lost control of vengeful censorship they are no longer interested. They will now attempt to change whatever alternative they decide to run to into the same type of dictatorial control system they enjoyed before Twitter was X.
