What Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are "guilty" of is incompetence and lying to the American people to cover up their incompetence...neither of which is a crime! Having said that it isn't a crime however doesn't mean that they have been "exonerated" as you seem to believe. Incompetence doesn't normally put people in jail out in the real world but it also doesn't reward them with promotions. Hillary Clinton doesn't deserve to be President of the United States because she wasn't a competent Secretary of State.

Comey also released a statement as to why one 4 star General & former CIA director was charged with a crime and Hillary Clinton wasn't.

Trotting that tired old talking point out again, Oreo? How many of those who died at US embassies or consulates under George W. Bush were Americans? How many were US Ambassadors? How many of those embassies or consulates were overrun by terrorists?

The truth is that those attacks were on the outer defenses of our installations usually using truck bombs or suicide bombers and they killed locals far more than Americans. They weren't massed assaults that went on for over nine hours like Benghazi was! They didn't get one of our Ambassadors murdered. That only happened under Hillary's watch because she ignored hundreds of pleas from American diplomats in Libya asking for more security because they saw that the situation was deteriorating.

Yup they had months of warnings. Warnings that the Brits and the Red Cross took seriously enough to pull their people out of the area.

What did Hillary and her State Department do?

Absolutely nothing so we had and attack on 9-11, duh, and four good men killed because of that nothing.

1. "Comey said Clinton’s email practices put America’s secrets at risk and her actions constituted the “definition of carelessness.”

2. Hillary Clinton under oath claimed she had no classified information on her servers and that she did not send / receive classified information - Was this true?
-- COMEY: “That’s not true. … There was classified material emailed." (PERJURY BY HILLARY PROVEN)

3. Hillary Clinton claimed under oath she only used 1 device - is that true?
-- COMEY: “She used multiple devices.” (PERJURY BY HILLARY PROVEN)

4. Hillary Clinton testified under oath that she turned over all work-related materials as she was required to by the FOIA and the Federal Records Act - was this true?
-- COMEY: “No, we found work-related emails, thousands that were not returned.” (PERJURY & VIOLATIONS OF THE FOIA AND FEDERAL RECORDS ACT PROVEN)

5. COMEY SUGGETSED HILLARY CLINTON IS TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND CLASSIFIED / CLASSIFIED MARKINGS:
-- COMEY: "Comey indeed said there is a question over whether Clinton was “sophisticated enough” to know at the time what a particular classified marking signified."

6. When asked what would have been done to Clinton if she had worked for the FBI (instead of Obama) and did what she had done...
-- COMEY: "...if Clinton had worked at the FBI, she could be subject to a range of disciplinary measures including suspension or termination.
