Um, where does the State of Washington state it claims to do this? Your link doesn't actually verify the claims it presents. When it has a link over State of Washington it just links to Washington state as viewed from Google Earth.

Not to mention, the blog is over a year old. Don't you think that we'd have heard of this from a more reputable source (or at least theblaze, or hotair) if it was true?

Also, one of the most popular posts on that blog sites one of Terral's posts on this board about the "brown dwarf nibiru" as a "source".
