I can see where Blaine and Lynden might be affected, but they are such small communities.

Here is the real reason, this was before tariffs. Also, last summer I was speaking to a guy who regularly went to Florida for months and now he does not because as he said "it's far too expensive there now, especially with our dollar".

Ditto for another elderly couple who last year for the first time in the nearly 20 years I've lived here were sitting on their veranda for the summer. No longer able to afford going to Florida for months. This was long before Trump was elected. In the winter they were out shoveling snow.
