So, there was a bill in Texas that was going to be passed which the Democrats disagreed with. Instead of accepting what every other losing party to a bill does, they left the state to stagger and prevent the Democratic process. They joyfully took photos, tweeted about how brave they were, and sang civil rights anthems as they almost literally publicly masterbated.. all of this as the Kamala Harris and the Biden Administration praised them as heroic, and the media stroked their members to ensure the DNA sprayed. It was a disgusting, anti-democracy, virtue signaling orgy. I haven't seen anyone on the left condemning these people.

Well, Joe Biden has a 3.5 trillion dollar stimulus he wants to pass, along with other massive pork. He's going to try to illegally include it into a finance-only bill, and would only need a 50% vote instead of a 60. Lindsey Graham said that since the Texas Democrats held up democracy because they know they'd lose, that he may do the same thing and have Republicans Congress so that Biden's bill cannot be passed.

Question:
Would you be okay if the GOP did this?

If not... why haven't have you had a problem that the Texas Democrats HAVE done this, and why aren't you disputing Kamala Harris and the Biden Administration's support of this?

Is being "anti-democracy" always bad? Or.. is it only bad, and important to outwardly condemn, when you think the "other guys" do it, while being okay, or not worthy of mention, when you do it...

Would you be okay if the GOP did this?
Well it is a legal procedural move but the majority in the US House and Senate have more power to compel their members attendance than the states do. But they are welcome to try.

The Republicans fled Oregon to avoid a climate bill.

Texas DemoKKKrats committed an insurrection. It's worse than 9/11 and Pearl Harbor combined. And they deliberately spread Covid infections to all of Washington DC and possibly Kamala Harris. It's nothing less than an assassination attempt.

Do you really expect the democrat scum here to answer, let alone honestly?

It's much worse. They're spreading Covid all over Washington DC and it looks like they tried to kill VP Harris with it. This was an assassination attempt.
That's brilliantly stupid. Did you just receive those talking points from headquarter in St. Pete's?

It would be interesting if all 50 gopers tried to refuse a quorum.

But unless at least some of them vote for some infrastructure, it seems to me a win for the dems. They will hold together in the senate to pass something at 3-4 trillion. With new taxes and revenue enhancement (as we used to say when Reagan raised taxes)

There is a great difference between McConnell and his Bitches, the RW Callous Conservatives and the Democrats.

The former are greedy for power, and don't have a policy beyond keeping their jobs, keeping Corporations Happy so as to wallow in the Dark Money, spewing BIG LIES, Conspiracy Stories (a Deep State, Open Borders, Wedge Issues & the RED SCARE). Also known as their constant rhetoric using fear and hate mongering pointed at Democrats, liberals and progressives.

The Democrats seek to raise taxes on the very wealthy and corporations, so as to trickle down to the middle classes and working poor: To provide all good health care insurance which protects the health of every citizen from before cradle to the grave; Good free public education, including community colleges; Equal opportunity, equal justice and equal rights for every citizen; To repair the damage done to our NATO Allies, and use diplomacy supported with a strong diverse armed forces to keep the peace.
