While on CNN on Sunday, Israel's President Isaac Herzog shared a civilian torture instruction guide found on a Hamas terrorist, as an example of their cruelty.

This is expected. During the Hamas vs. Fatah civil war back in 2007, torture using power tools was employed. People were thrown off building rooftops and bodies were dragged through the streets behind motorbikes.
