The scam being outted is targeting closing dates on R.E. transactions by hacking title office closing dates and sending sellers emails to a new routing number for the settlement. The emails spoof the Realtors, but you should know it's phoney, because everyone knows Realtors never get back to you (especially not emailing) when you need them to. *L*
