Zone1 Spiritual warfare vs cultural warfare.

Imagination like that is a major cause of the divide.
Speak for yourself. I'm not part of this civil war. I'm just an observer. I don't have a horse in the race like you do. I've observed you enough to know the role you play.

How did you come up with the conclusion those things were done for political security? I had to look up the Canaan thing and it says it happened because God told them to wipe them out because they were bad people. As for the North American Indians it happened so their land could be taken away. This started happening before the United States came into being.

Of course they were bad people. And it would be impossible for Israel to live in the land without first destroying them. The land was the key. Because that land has always been God's land. Though all the earth is created by God, He has set His affection upon that land. (Lev. 25:43) "The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine"

God's plan has always been to establish His Kingdom on earth. Which means it is a government. Which has a 'King'. (Isiah 9:6) "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder.." (Matt.5:10) "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it i in heaven."

As for America, yes it happened before the U.S. came into being. But it happened by God's people who made up Europe. Which was Christian from king to pauper. Thus God provided a place for political security for the Church to grow and evangelize from. And where the Jews had a country of refuge till God was ready to establish them again back in the land. And Europe was becoming antagonistic toward the Christian. And the pagan American Indian must be destroyed as he would always be a hindrance.

It was mostly separated for most of 2000 years. A Cambridge University Press article explains that the idea of a Christian worldview originally emerged in the late 1800s and was explicitly shaped as a “combat concept” — a way of interpreting cultural conflict through a religious lens.

The political element was always involved with Israel. God was the King. Sole Ruler. The government would be transferred to the God/Man, Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 9:7)

Europe became Christian from pauper to king. Politics and religion were not separated. As Europe was experiencing an apostasy in the Christian faith, its politics were affected and became antagonistic toward the Protestants who were a return back to the Bible. Which eventually moved Protestant Christianity to America.

The political element will always be there for God's people. It is very much part of the spiritual warfare. Just like those opposed to God's people are very political against God's people.

Satan is very political. And he said to Christ, (Luke 4:5-7) "And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

Satan is not God. He is not omnipresent. He can only be in one place at a given moment. And he is going to be where governments are so he can affect them toward his purpose, which is to bring his man to power, the anti-christ.

Satan loves to get God's people removed from human governments. It is all a spiritual warfare.

You are hardly just an observer Repeating absurd claims like atheism is a religion is just another example of the religious right rhetoric used to attack non religious people. Not much different from claiming democrats want to kill babies and sell their body parts. Shows how common your attacks are when you no longer recognize them as the absurd attacks they are.

You reap what you sow. Don't run from it. Embrace it.
