Speaker Johnson says Trump deserves Nobel Peace Prize for DC police takeover

Hungary is still recovering from all of the years they spent under liberal rule before 1990. But they have avoided the plague of terrorism that has afflicted other countries, Prime Minister Orban is very popular there and is doing a tremendous job.
Fascist rule is causing young people to leave in droves and economic conditions are deteriorating fast.

It's becoming that backward depressed failed state of the past again.

Sure, according to fascist orban (just like our TACOdaddy here claiming all is well).

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) on Monday said President Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for his takeover of the Washington, D.C., police force after preliminary data showed a lack of reported killings in the city over 11 days.

“There are MANY reasons why President Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize – but 11 straight days with ZERO murders in Washington, D.C. might top the list,” Johnson said Monday in a social media post. “SAFER streets. STRONGER communities. AMERICA IS BACK!”

Johnson was responding to a post from the White House’s communications team highlighting no incidents of homicides reported from Aug. 14-24.

They should simply award President Trump the Nobel Prize in perpetuity no one will ever bring this resume to the table again.
I seek unanimous consent.
Well, I don't know about that, but, Trump has ended several wars around the world and, if the Ukraine war is actually ended, the Nobel committee, though it would turn their stomachs, would have to give Trump a Nobel peace prize.

Well there is precedent for Dictators\Authoritarians to be nominated for the award.

"For many, the name of the Italian dictator Benito Mussolini is synonymous with violence, terror, and heartlessness. Nevertheless, the founder of the Italian Fascist Party, which openly attacked and murdered political opponents even before Mussolini took power in 1922 (per History), was once in the running to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, receiving two nominations in 1935,

Soviet Union leader Joseph Stalin was nominated twice: once in 1945 and again in 1948.

In January 1939, Hitler's name was put forward by Erik Brandt, a Swedish politician who intended the nomination to be ironical, according to the Nobel Peace Center. In 1938, Hitler had signed the Munich Agreement with the U.K., France, and Italy, by which Czechoslovakia was ceded to German control. Brandt was one of many who saw this as a betrayal of the Czechoslovakian people, and when he learned that the U.K.'s Neville Chamberlain had been nominated, he decided to nominate Hitler in protest.

I think that people grow weary of having to educate you ***** up to speed before we can have an actual discussion.
That might just be me
I doubt it though.
Why don't you post it for him? *I know why you don't. Because it doesn't exist. It's all bullshit. And you eat it up. Loser.

Name the wars that he stopped.

Putting the National Guard all over America can do wonders. It was a wake up call for the libbie peacenik protestors at Kent State.
Uh huh.

But the NG was deployed over violent riots and running battles in 1970 at the Governors request. Not based on a phony emergency declaration and politically motivated talking points and unproven allegations.
