They don't own lands and cannot show ornership of lands. Bedouins, by default, are nomads. They may sit on land for many years, but they are not the owners and it's their own culturic definition, not ours.

For the record, at least half of the Beduoin dwellings were not there once the state was formed, I don't know where you get that from. Being a resident of the area, I happen to know what I'm talking about. So please, do me a favor.
