Not with South Africa he's not. South Africa's economy is in the drink. Every dollar of that foreign aid probably paid for some politician's rent.
I'm not going to comment on the land confiscation because I don't know the history of South Africa that well but I do know that some untoward stuff happened over the past 200 years there. I'm going to make it a subject of study as a matter of fact because now I'm curious.

So, if you are correct why is the nation in serious decline and poverty increasing? Why is the South African government which provided wealth under Apartheid becoming a basket case? There is a different way of thought on how to use the land between the whites and native Africans. On how to use technologies and on how to produce the most or live for the now.
