I was looking for a vintage field holster for a 5" S&W M&P in .32-20 and came across a Red Head brand one on eBay and bought it.
It came from Stembridge Gun Rentals a prop gun provider to the US movie and television industry from approximately 1920 through 2007. During its tenure, nearly every American movie or television set was supplied by Stembridge for their firearms and blanks.

When the 1992 biopic Chaplin was being filmed, producers asked Stembridge if they could supply a rifle similar to the one Charlie Chaplin had used in the 1918 movie Shoulder Arms. Stembridge had it on hand and was able to supply the actual gun Chaplin had used.
