I have been reading about the history of Holocaust. One of the most ominous moments was Nazi victory over USSR during Summer Campaign of 1941. Of course the Nazis lost in 1945, but their Summer 1941 victory sealed the fate of Six Million Jews and about 15 Million other non-combatants murdered by Nazis.


Many American patriots would not see American victory in Battle of Yorktown as evil, but that victory ensured that slaves would not be freed for the next 80 years. Almost all American Slaves who were born before the Battle of Yorktown also died in Slavery.

While it may come as a complete shock to you.....
MOST of human history is rife with slavery and human exploitation.
It has been only a VERY tiny slice of mankinds existence in which we have pretended it is not in human nature.
And as sure as the Sun rises, humanity will slide back into it (in the sense in which you are referring). We are living in a VERY unusual, unique period of human history.

Read history. American slaves actually faired a good bit better than most slaves in history.

This is not an approval of slavery, but rather a rude awakening to those like you who are so quick to point out Americas relatively insignificant (time wise) participation.

Throughout History, there were only few Societies where a significant fraction of population was enslaved. American Slavery was even more oppressive then Russian Serfdom. America was never great.


Both Parties have very major flaws. But Democrats are much more Totalitarian.

Democrats are the ones that always refer to skin color not Republicans. Democrats were the ones promoting slavery and still do tacitly. Just look what they've done to Chicago, for instance.

American slavery was far from the harshest. The Arabs gelded their slaves and worked them to death. The Spanish and Portuguese were nearly as bad as the Arabs.
