Trump backed, pushed and signed it. Yes I blame him.
Did you blame Biden for everything that congress does as well?
Buddy, you really need to read how bills are created.
This is a representative republic....and they have a process they follow in congress.
The process is that the house writes bills in committee and then vote on it so that it can go to the floor.
Members of congress offer amendments to the bill.
When the bill passes they send it to the Senate.
The Senate then changes the bill adding and subtracting from it.
If the bill passes in the Senate they send it back to the house for a final vote.
The bill that passed in that final vote isn't even close to the original bill that Trump wanted.
But at least there are parts of the original bill that we needed to have passed before the end of the year.
Without those items, everyone's taxes would have doubled next year.
I'm sure there's some parts of the process I left out because of brevity, but that's how it works.
So blaming Trump for everything that congress did to that bill is unfair and irresponsible.
BTW, if Democrats weren't so dead-set on ******* the American Taxpayer, they would have participated in the process, but because they're all pretty much a bunch of commie/Marxist/socialists....none of them wanted to solve any of the issues addressed in the bill.
