For the record, even though some mayor somewhere on the island was arrested on corruption -- the devastation that the people suffered in PR is still tragic....It's almost like some people are claiming that this mayor being corrupt somehow proves those dirty spics had it coming..

Kinda like how you heard people demonizing the mayor of New Orleans back during Katrina as a way to claim those folks in that city had it coming or in the least, the devastation isn't as bad as the media claimed..
