I have no problem with killing drug smugglers as a last resort. If we know who they are and where they are, it seems to me we can apprehend them and bring them to trial. We might even be able to trace these low-level, foot soldiers up to the chief narcos. That might end the smuggling, we can't do that if they are dead.
