I don't know if it's true or not, but someone made a comment that after 9-11 all the windows were sealed or something for security reasons, so allegedly, they're not supposed to be able to open them. If they did, for any kind of renovation or something going on, then Trump is definitely not there at the moment.

I did that once when I was cleaning out a spare room. I just backed my PU under the window and chucked the stuff out and into the bed. It beat carrying it through the house and down a hill to my PU then walking back.
