Is this the top floor residence or is that above this and this is the Whitehouse executive offices?

If it is the residence, then concerns for the window being opened by a maid or family breaks the window shut rule for safety of the residence and president....but likely not a concern on Security and classified info being thrown down to a person below retrieving it.

But if that is the Executive office floor, then the concern on Security and classified info being thrown by an inside mole and spy, out the window because they would not make it through the security checks to get out of the building or some other fear, is a possible scenario and certainly needs checking out by Secret Service.

This video is a normal person's phone in another building or something across the way...but I was just reading there are so many security video cameras facing the Whitehouse building and the outdoors that it can leave ones head spinning in amazement....so the person ditching the trash can likely be identified.
