When you operate in secret, behind closed doors, every action becomes questionable. ESPECIALLY when the actions fail to follow established rules and norms.

Why not:
establish a pinned topic on the subject
Each and every Mauderator action is posted to this thread identifying the Mauderator, the action taken, the target of the action, and the specific reason for the action
No Mauderator may take a negative action against a user or thread without the concurrence of two other Mauderators.

your problem is between you and one of them...and as you get more time in you will find that one of the rules is you dont confront moderation in the open threads....you PM them...
