What we have going on here are some left-wingers latching on to one off comments by Kirk. Usually 5 to 10 second sound bites and then they claim “oh look he’s a racist”. That’s not how it works though that does not fit the definition of racist. Not even close.

Well this was seen on the Don Lemon show and from a few more of the left wing influencers on YouTube and X. Basically what they are doing is with no evidence calling Kirk a racist or white supremacist because of one off comments while completely ignoring the fact that the guy has always argued for meritocracy. If anything this also needs to serve as a reminder to the woke right who has been on record calling people Nazis with no evidence.

Previously there has been some unity among lefties and righties on some very core issues. And tbf there are other left leaning outlets like the Young Turks who are saying the right things and being respectful after Kirk’s death. But again some lefty influencers are going a different route.

Kirk was 31 years old and in the middle of a huge political storm that wasn't his making.

While some of Kirks comments were not things I agreed with, one of his biggest advances was actually engaging people on issues. As he said...when you stop talking...that is when the violence begins.

BTW: The first video in your article advocates shutting Kirk out of certain college campuses. Free speech and all that. Only when it's your speech. He openly invited opposing points of view and generally treated people very well in those engagements.
