What we have going on here are some left-wingers latching on to one off comments by Kirk. Usually 5 to 10 second sound bites and then they claim “oh look he’s a racist”. That’s not how it works though that does not fit the definition of racist. Not even close.

Well this was seen on the Don Lemon show and from a few more of the left wing influencers on YouTube and X. Basically what they are doing is with no evidence calling Kirk a racist or white supremacist because of one off comments while completely ignoring the fact that the guy has always argued for meritocracy. If anything this also needs to serve as a reminder to the woke right who has been on record calling people Nazis with no evidence.

Previously there has been some unity among lefties and righties on some very core issues. And tbf there are other left leaning outlets like the Young Turks who are saying the right things and being respectful after Kirk’s death. But again some lefty influencers are going a different route.

Perhaps to a small niche of causes, maybe. Anyway, this is just the OMFG story of this week. There will be others in the weeks to come and it will be business as usual. Not much changes the landscape radically in the US. 9/11 and Trump getting shot in the ear were probably the only two I can think of that had any meaningful coattails.

This one is pretty big as Kirk had millions of followers. He is one of the leading people in the conservative movement in the modern era. And possibly the most influential person when it comes to young conservatives on college campuses.

It’s wrong when both sides do it. If anything hopefully his assassination can also serve a reminder for the small percentage of woke right wingers to change course. In other words don’t call somebody a racist or a Nazi just because they have a certain viewpoint on a politician or policy.

Kirk didn’t really say outrageous thing though.

Kirk was all about hearing what the opposite side had to say. He would always debate people from the radical left. Now you compare that to the radical left who are all about cancel culture and things like that. His assassination needs to also serve as a reminder of how evil it is to call somebody a Nazi with no evidence. Because they disagree with a political policy or somebody’s political views. In our modern era, simply being called or Nazi or racist could have detrimental effects as we have seen in many examples… raging from losing a personal relationship, to losing a job and indeed to what happened to Charlie.

You could scroll through this video to see various examples of how sub left Wiggers are lying 10 seconds soundbites to cast somebody who is just assassinated as a white supremacist, Nazi racist, etc. But even in those examples, there is no proof of racism. Like disagree that you teeth should be a federal holiday does not constitute racism. Criticizing hiring quotas or giving scholarships to people based on race does not constitute racism.

It’s also still based on a 10 second sound bite…We have to do a lot better like look at the entire context of the conversation and measure the person as a whole.

Kirk has always said he is for a meritocracy. And he is not on the same level as radical lefties who believe in lowering hiring standards for people based on race, who believe that a white homeless person is privileged.

Yes, agree 100%. Plus, it is simply true that companies and universities have DEI or have lowered the standards for folks based on gender or race. So what Charlie said is technically understandable…and that is not the fault of a black man or a black woman…It is a fault of the system.
