No Sympathy From Family for Some Axed Federal Workers
Some laid-off federal workers are running into another unexpected unpleasantry: Relatives cheering their firing.

Expecting sympathy, some axed workers are finding family and friends who instead are steadfast in their support of what they see as a bloated government’s waste.
Why sure.
Likely they have bragged to family members about their high salaries relative to their education, generous benefits and seemingly permanent “telecommuting” privilege.
Kristin Jenn got a similar response from members of her family after she learned the National Park Service ranger job she was due to start had been put on hold by the billionaire Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency hiring freeze. She thinks it’s likely the job will be eliminated altogether.
What do you think this cutie does all day?

She look like she spends a lot of time cutting underbrush or hauling away deadwood?
I’d guess she sits in the air conditioned tourist information office most of the time.
