I certainly do not support defunding police departments. Heck, I would have to agree higher insurance rates for living in an area without police protection be raised, just as people living outside of fire districts pay more for homeowners insurance.
Damn shame police & law enforcement seem to be doing such a pitiful job of policing themselves.
