The reason socialism doesn't scare them is because capitalism, as represented by the ignorance, hatred and bigotry of Trumpsters, does.
LOL, and the emotional Democrat lashes out ...
An authoritarian Trumpsucker deflects.
The lone libertarian Biden supporter rides again. Hiyo Silver! Away!
The sad pretend libertarian who sucks Trump's cock, slithers away - again.
Yet you're still the only libertarian on the site who thinks Biden is better, Democrat apologist
Fuck you. I don't think Biden is better. And I'm not a Democrat apologist. That's how you see it, because you've swallowed the LO2E poison. You've sold your soul out of fear.
But let's get back to the point - you know, the thing you're trying to deflect away from by attacking me: People are turning to socialism because they see Trump's deplorables as the face of capitalism. If didn't know better, if I thought Trumpsters were what capitalism was all about, I'd reject it too. But I do know better. Trump, and his followers, have no respect for capitalism, free markets or liberty. They simply get off on strong-man authoritarianism.
Democrats were turning to socialism LOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGG before Trump. That's just stupid.
It's accelerated, rapidly, in the last four years. I know you've seen it. I know you won't admit it. Seriously, pull your head out of Trump's ass and look for a change.
You don't know where my head is with your head shoved so far up Biden's ass.

Blaming Trump for the Democrats endlessly steering further and further leftward is clueless and uninformed, even for you
Just can't get it out, eh?
You're just wrapped up in your stupid shit that anyone who votes for Trump adores and worships him while all you need to do to support Biden is think he's better than Trump. It's some moronic shit
I'm not voting for Biden. You ARE voting for Trump. So your accusations are merely deflection. Don't want to face what you've committed to, do ya?
dblack: I'm not voting for Biden, you are voting for Trump

my reply:

I don't call everyone who votes for Biden a Biden worshipper, you do call everyone who is going to vote for Trump a Trump worshipper
No, I don't. You're just making shit up. Try again.
What do you think "Trumpster" means?
An idiot who supports Trump.
Does it make more sense to “support” a basically fictitious candidate with no chance in hell at winning anything?
It makes more sense to stay home with your thumb up your ass than it does to vote for a bad candidate on purpose.

Did you affect change?

When Democrats take it to the level of supporting leftist rioting destroying our innercities and their reaction to that is to defund the police and when they take their trillions in socialism wrapped in a so called green new deal bow, it's not bad versus bad, it's BAD versus bad.

You just tell yourself when we become Venezuela that it wasn't worth voting to prevent that

I don't want the government controlling the food supply. I don't want government controlling prices.
They are not controlling prices, they are just helping to keep them down.
LOL - And Trumpsters call me a Marxist. :)
So let me ask: what happens when you can't buy food in the store because there is none? What would you do?
Whine to the government?
You could, but that won't grow food.

I'm done with LO2E. Sorry. Read my sig.
Sorry, but I have no Fn idea what LO2E means.
Lesser-of-two-evils. The argument you're making. The idea that we should vote for bad candidates deliberately.
So where does voting for a good candidate that stands no chance at winning get ya?
It makes more sense to stay home with your thumb up your ass than it does to vote for a bad candidate on purpose.

It does? Then let me provide a similar scenario.

You and your wife go to the store for a television. You are short on money so you narrow it down to two cheaper television sets; neither are very good. You did research on televisions, you know which model will be the worst one. But because you don't really like either brand, you tell your wife to choose instead; a person that didn't do any research on televisions.

You end up bringing home the model that will give you the most problems. Do you think that makes any sense?

On the other hand, where does deciding between two liars who say different things but in the end do the same thing get you?

That's why I haven't voted Republican six of the last seven elections.

I just recognize that the Democrats have gotten to the point where they are actually worse both economically and from a safety standpoint. But just voting between two candidates who could win isn't enough reason to vote for them if they end up being Tweedledum and Tweedledee

I think there is a huge contrast between Biden and Trump. One is good for the country and the other one will ruin it. That's not ending up with the same thing.

Can you name me the last President that didn't lie? It's really not about lying. They all lie to some degree, but it's more about what they're lying about which is important.

Trump saying he created the best economy in history may not be the truth, but it doesn't bring me any harm. Telling people to support your healthcare plan that will save all kinds of money and provide better coverage when it was just the opposite, and causing my employer to drop our coverage did great damage to me.

I agree. I said Biden and Trump are different and that's why I'm voting for Trump.

All I'm saying is I don't agree with the argument of picking between two candidates who "could win" when they aren't different other than what they say

Perfect analogy..but way too logical for the Lib-Tarian mind to wrap around. See, the standard Lib-Tarian position is... “I’m smart and everybody not Lib is stupid, we vote for the candidate with no chance at winning and that takes intelligence.”
They take great pride in casting meaningless votes as it makes them “not a sheep”.
How does one reason with such an unreasonable mindset dblack ?

Just offer them candy and they are yours for the taking. No wonder their mothers needed a dose of mothers little helper to deal with them.

Young people are not happy with the unequal world they’ve inherited. Millennials are embracing Socialism because unfettered capitalism failed them. Many grew up in cars or tenement slums during the great recession when GW Bush's call for "deregulation" allowed financial institutions to peddle toxic mortgage packages to anyone with a pulse, and ratings institutions such as Standard and Poor's looked the other way. As the economy crashed, and things got worse, the right wing refused to agree lend even a small a hand to the many who suffered needlessly, while the few at the top became wealthier still.

Young people, along with women and minorities watched as the economy slowly healed over the next 8 years with President Obama at the helm, and witnessed 30 million Americans who previously had little or no healthcare benefits could now see a doctor without medical bankruptcy in the back of their minds. The right wing screamed SOCIALISM! of course, but they didn't care - They now had medical coverage. They also watched Donald Trump do everything in his power to strip them and their families of that protection, while offering nothing to replace it with except - "Go see your insurance man"

Sorry Republicans - Socialism doesn't scare them anymore... :bye1:

What a load

The problem is that leftists don't teach their children what a great country we live in and how they should appreciate our wealth and opportunity. They teach them to appreciate nothing and if they don't get every self absorbed wish granted they were screwed.

The Greatest Generation may have been the greatest generation. But they were the worst kids. They raised the baby boomers
The real problem is that conservatism has an assclown as its principal spokesperson.

Yep. It's amazing how Democrats like dblack keep saying that the problem is Trump. They are just poor, naive and so easily manipulated.

Then they want us to defeat Trump and set them out to deal with the Russians and Chinese. Yeah, that's going to end well.

They really don't think through their own stupid arguments, do they? If we believe how poor, innocent and easily manipulated Democrats claim to be, then the last place we'd want them is in the White House

You mean Democrats who don't vote for Democrats and argue vehemently against the policies of Democrats? That kind of Democrat? Are there many of those, do you think?

My view is different than his. There has never been a President or Congress critter in my lifetime that was for everything I'm for and against everything I'm against. Yes, that includes Trump as well.

He didn't devise an alternative healthcare system. I was against his prison reform act. He hasn't done anything to our out of control bureaucracies. He didn't start with a clean slate and get rid of everybody which ultimately led to impeachment. But because of things he did and didn't do that I disagree with is no reason to ruin the country by allowing Biden to sneak in the White House.

Trump is the only candidate that can repair all this damage the virus did to us once we find a way to defeat it. Biden wants to increase taxes on our job producers when we need them the most. He wants to dramatically increase energy costs which also damage businesses and new job creation. He wants to bring back Commie Care full steam ahead raping taxpayers out of their rightly deserved income tax refund checks. He even has plans on inserting high-crime low-income Democrats into what are now nice and safe suburbs.

So even if I hated Trump dearly, I owe it to my country to do what I can to prevent this from happening.

Right now, in this day and age we have state capitalism which is throwing free monies to companies to stay afloat along with free money, food, electric and other commodities being given for free and you think that there is no socialism in the USA? What did you do with yer twelve hundred bucks from Uncle Sam?
Young people are not happy with the unequal world they’ve inherited
No. Young people are not happy because success, here in our America, requires years of hard work, sacrifice and personal responsibility.
And a huge reliance on the Socialist actions of the Federal Reserve.

Who benefits from these socialist actions by the government and the Fed? It sure appears that the extreme wealthy are the main beneficiaries.

I totally agree with that statement...until those who are at the top of the hill build fences around the top and infiltrate and use our government to make it legally impossible for you to get up there too unless you suck their willys and join their Good Ol' Boys (or Girls) club...or maybe just not at all.

That's what we have now. People call it socialism because the government is involved. That is VERY misleading.

There's all kinds of ethnocentric mafia out there. Ultimately they're ALL joined at the hip through more than ethnicity. Arguably you could find evidence that some ethnic mafiosa groups are more powerful or established than others and there may be all kinds of reason for that which aren't really that important. The New World Order is the capstone which unites them all under one pyramid.

The New World Order is the capstone which unites them all under one pyramid.

:bye1:

Translation:
"We want free shit, we need free shit, we deserve free shit."
Look Beggars, we aren't all equal, we'll never be equal...go get yours and I'll go get mine...It's just that simple.
I've never once cared about the guy on the hill above me who has more or makes more than I do.....Good for him.
STOP BEGGING AND STOP BEGGING TO BE EQUAL!

I dont want other people's money.
I DO want the freedom to get what I need or want without people with money using our legal system to claim the world is theirs and prevent my advancement. And it's not just about employment, it's about herd consumerism. They legislate so you aren't even allowed to sue them for it when they basically try to make you a slave.
Most billionaires became rich the old fashioned way. They earned it. Relatively few inherited it. What you're saying is just rhetoric. You can get rich as shit in this country with one good idea
Mafia-style business is nothing new. And mafia-type people buying their way into politics to get rich is nothing new either. Neither is laundering money...and names...and agendas. And when you own the media it just keeps getting easier and easier to fuck over Joe Average and sidestep the rules of fair play. Speaking out against that was one of several things that got people named "Kennedy" shot.
Jews control the financial system, don't they? I mean I never thought so, but you seem like someone who would know about those things
