Equality under the law is the only equality that ensures freedom of the individual while social equality denies the individual their own freedom because government must supress the unique qualities, pursuits, and interest of every individual in order to create an equal outcome of all citizens. Any person is born an individual whose own unique character attributes make each citizen unequal to any other person to begin with so their must be some artificial force that must supress the unique qualities of every person in order to create a common outcome among citizens.

Since every person is going to create unique ideas based on their own personality every idea that is created can't be said to be equal in the same way that every person themselves can't be equal. To say so is to say that creationism and evolution are equal to each other which is impossible because both ideas are completely different from one another so they both can't be correct. The same thing can be applied to religions where not all religions are "equal" to each other so no one of any particular faith is required to think that another person's faith is equal with their own or why would the pick their own over others? They chose their religion because they thought it was superior to other religions which may or may not be true.

This kind of inequality is very normal and healthy for any society because if individuals within it did not believe that whatever belief or scientific idea they held were superior to another then we would live in a society that values nothing at all because any belief held would not be seen as worth holding since it has the same worth as all other opposing ideas.

In a society that seeks to create social equality all Individuals would not be free to let their chosen beliefs determine who they are as a person and they would not be allowed to use their specific talents to their advantage that would make them unequal with others. This is why social inequality that occurs naturally (without any influence from the government) is the natural byproduct of a free society of individuals pursuing their own interest that they seek.

To enforce social equality onto the populace is actually denying every person the right to be their own selves and gives the state the power to determine what people are to be equal to which gives the state the power to define the person itself and any society who's government determines what all citizens are to be equal with is a society that is being created by the government since every individual within it is forced to conform to the equality being forced on them. This kind of society is a totalitarian state where individuals are the creation of the state and not the natural byproduct of their own unique character.

The opposite of social equality is a free society where equality under the law is the only equality because it ensures that all people will be treated equally by the law and still be free from the law being used against them by another group of citizens.

To sum it up: Social Inequality is essential to maintaining the individual within a society.

Two different matters.

You must demonstrate that being held to equal laws denies the individual their own freedom because government must supress [sic] the unique qualities, pursuits, and interest of every individual'.

You keep starting with equality under the law and then switching to equal status and condition (equal outcome). This is very dishonest. If you decide to stop being a lying sophist, we can address any real argument you might forward in the future. I see no reason to bother with the rest of your drivel.
