There was a thread on this weeks ago. Mistaken identify happens and he's already got his guns back (he had court Aug 27). Red Flag laws work. Hopefully the skinny drug dealer who was supposed to have his gun taken away didn't do anything with it in the meantime. Why didn't the cops at least try to get the right guy when he told them? They must have had his description, if the news article did.
Even the complaint is weird. What she describes isn't domestic violence. She's not his partner. I don't know about any of this, tbh.
