The recommendation comes in part because prosecutors have questions over whether the central witnesses in the long-running investigation would be perceived as credible before a jury, the source said.

When are the Democrats going to get their act together? They are disappointing their constituents.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it's because prosecutors have questions over whether the central witnesses in the long-running investigation would be perceived as credible before a jury.

You know, like it says in the second paragraph of the article you linked to, and that you quoted in your post.

Yours is a question which was answered literally before you posted it...

So Democrats can both steal entire elections, force Trump's own head of the DOJ and FBI to investigate him, plant classified docs in his home, etc, etc, etc -- but they can't indict Matt Gaetz?

Maybe its because Democrats don't decide things like that??

You folks really do crave a fascist dictatorship -- because the rest of us never thought Gaetz would be indicted.....that is not how any of this works..

Your link says: "prosecuters have questions over whether the central witnesses in the long-running investigation would be perceived as credible before a jury"

Dude, these federal mafia Democrats are not afraid to lie, and that is what they are doing. How dare they accuse a defenseless woman from a privileged Republican white man.

Whatever.

The point of my post was to point out that you answered your own question...
