the CDC did NOT say they died of other factors, the CDC said those people died of covid, and had other contributing high risk conditions.

We are telling those people at high risk, because they have those high risk conditions, to stay home, or if they go out to take every precaution available to them, such as masks, distancing, washing hands, no crowded indoor spaces etc., So that they do not catch this corona virus.... because if they, with their other medical conditions, get covid, they are at higher risk o f dying from covid....about 1 in 10 with any of those high risk medical conditions, will die if they get covid.

These people were living just fine with their medications f o r high blood pressure, or asthma, or diabetes, or obesity etc etc etc.... They were NOT walking dead men, before they caught covid....

Catching covid, (with their preexisting high risk condition) is what killed them, not the preexisting condition.

This information of other conditions the patient may have had when they died from covid, is for medical and scientific research and for statistics that can help us identify, who is at high risk....we can't know that those with diabetes are at higher risk of dying from covid than say, those with asthma, without tracking what other conditions those dying of covid had....
