The problem is both the Reps and the Dems are doing things that are not good for the country.
I've said it a million times and had people ignore me a billion times when I say the US needs Proportional Representation to change this. So people have real power with their votes, so that they have real choice.
But the people want the simplistic Rep v. Dem fight. They find it comforting and entertaining. So they ignore anything they don't understand. That and they're so ******* set in their ways they can't think of anything unless told to think this by the Reps or the Dems.
You can say Hitler did the same things as liberals, probably twisting a lot of the stuff, but what Trump is doing is far beyond the Rep v. Dem nonsense. He's taking the US down the path of destruction and the MAGA people are literally "Well, anything he does must be good, because it pisses off liberals, and that's the only thing that matters."
It's asinine.
