Since when do privately owned oil companies (or any companies, for that matter) use the American Military to recoup their losses? The merging of private companies with the US Military is the very definition of the "Military Industrial Complex." We've heard about it for decades and many staunch conservatives of the past warned us that this conglomerate would rule US foreign (and domestic) policy.

And since when does the USA have the moral high ground to determine who can and cannot rule other countries?

1) America rips little babies apart limb by limb on a daily basis.
2) The CIA has been running drugs for decades.
3) America legalized "gay marriage."
4) America chop up little kids genitals if and when they "feel" like they may be a different gender at age 5.
5) America is guilty of bombing innocent civilians from other nations.
6) America allows men to dress up as women and use women's bathrooms or beat up women in the boxing ring.
7) Many good, hardworking Americans are struggling to make ends meat as jobs are being lost to A.I. and massive layoffs while $Billions of dollars are sent to beggar nations around the world.
8) There are more than 30,000 homeless veterans living on the streets.
9) Big Pharma makes $Billions (if not $Trillions) off of the many dangerous drugs they sell "legally." No accountability for the harm they cause.
