I'm a 65 year old working class "senior." I've yet to see any benefits surrounding my status as an American. If I DO happen to get a tax break this, that money will go towards the higher cost of living which means I may break even. I'll see how it goes at tax time. Last year (during Trump's first year) I pay a lot more in Federal Taxes than I did the previous year under Pedo Joe. Perhaps that was the result of a Biden policy but it is what it is.

You read even MORE slowly. I said that "if I DO happen to get a tax break" that it may (or may not) cover all of the higher costs I've been dealing with lately. It remains to be seen if the tax breaks keep up with inflation. Time will tell.

Hey dunderhead ... who said I'm not managing my money. I have no control over taxation coupled with rising costs. It's not like my company just tosses me a few extra grand every time a foreign country raises their prices as a result of an increase in tariffs.

If you still think that we're heading for a "Golden Age" then you have some maturing to do.

That's what the One Big Beautiful Bill is going to do. It's going to the cost of living by reducing fuel prices by letting oil companies to drill wherever they can with less regulations. And this oil that's from Venezuela at market price will help us to get fuel prices back down. Like here in Texas, our fuel prices recently went down to $1.99 per gallon from the average of $2.79 which Biden brought it up from $1.35 per gallon, and which Pres. Trump had brought it down from $3.25 in his first term.
But if you live in Blue states, you'll never see or feel the changes because the Democrats will make sure nothing goes down in those states, including the crime rate and homelessness, that it will cost taxpayers more to keep it under control a bit. But we already know whose pockets that the tax money is going into those funds to keep the crime rate down and homelessness. But the taxes are surely not going where it supposed to go.
