This case was a 16 year old who put himself out on a dating hookup website, drove out to meet two older men and then had sex with them. In short, there were requisite acts by the person involved.

Which had sex with children as young as infants, used the authority of the church to intimidate the victims and their parents, spend millions of dollars hushing the worst of it up, moving clergy out of countries where they were wanted by the authorities, and often took these priests and put them in other parishes without warning the communities what they were getting.
